This series of seasonal illustrations was meant to communicate the various "Naughty" habits of restaurant operators and "Nice" steps that they could proactively take with technology to avoid bottlenecks this holiday season. They were formatted as social media posts for use on Facebook and Twitter.

I enjoy the opportunity to create custom characters and show some of my own unique humor.
